2024-25 Teacher Grants

With help from the family of Judy Copeland, the Foundation was able to award $8,500 in grants to faculty and staff of the Union R-XI School District. Members of the Foundation surprised the recipients with the news in their classrooms or offices throughout the district. Months later the recipients present to the Foundation how much the grant has benefited their students. The grants were used for a variety of items such as flexible seating, books for classroom libraries, organizational items, handwriting tools, math-building supplies, and much more. Congratulations to all the winners.
